To provide for a new Estates office, the Royal Berkshire Hospital recommissioned two existing static cabins within their grounds. These had been unused for several years and were in a very poor condition, both internally and externally.
Once external structural repairs were completed, 360 were appointed to carry out a full internal fit out.
Work included metal stud partitioning with glazed panels next to the new oak veneer doors, reinstatement of M&E services including electrical 3 compartment trunking, air conditioning, fire alarm alterations and decoration. Externally we created a DDA compliant access ramp with protective canopy, footpath works and security lighting. 360 also installed an external internally opening window with external canopy to allow contractors to sign in without entering the building.
Work was completed in 6 weeks to a budget of £65,000.
